I discovered the power of reflexology during my first pregnancy, having regular, weekly treatments throughout. It dealt with aches, pains and niggles bringing intense relaxation as well as contributing to a smooth, easy pregnancy and a quick, uncomplicated labour.  Ever since I have benefited from this holistic therapy. 

In 2018, my Mum was diagnosed with terminal cancer; during her short illness she took great comfort from reflexology benefiting from pain relief and reducing anxiety in her darkest hours.  Having experienced this powerful therapy first-hand it really inspired me to become a reflexologist to be able to help others.

Having decided to train, I wanted to study to the highest level I could, to help people to the best of my ability. My Level 5 (L5 Dip) qualification in Practitioner Reflexology from the Anahata College in Lincoln is widely regarded as one of the best in the UK. The course includes a wide range of treatments such as NEPIP, Hand Reflexology and Duopody, covering topics including palliative and maternity care.

I will treat you in my peaceful home setting. I also offer holistic aftercare and lifestyle tips as part of your treatment.
